Day 3: Rabat to Chefchaouen

Day 4: Chefchaouen to Volubilis and Meknes
We leave Chefchaouen and travel to Volubilis, an ancient Roman city with well-preserved ruins, including majestic arches and intricate mosaics. After exploring this UNESCO site, we head to Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. Here, we visit Bab Mansour, Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, and the Royal Stables before continuing to Fes.
Day 5: Exploring Fes
Fes, Morocco’s cultural and spiritual capital, is home to the world’s oldest university, Al-Qarawiyyin University. We explore the medieval Medina of Fes el Bali, a labyrinth of narrow alleys filled with souks, tanneries, and madrasas. Visit Bou Inania Madrasa, the famous Chouara Tannery, and the Mellah (Jewish Quarter). Enjoy an authentic Moroccan dinner at a traditional riad.
Day 6: Fes to the Sahara via Ifrane and Midelt
Our journey to the Sahara begins with a drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains. Stop in Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” and Midelt, a scenic town surrounded by mountains. Continue through the Ziz Valley, known for its lush palm groves, before arriving in Merzouga. Here, we embark on a camel trek into the Sahara Desert, witnessing a magical sunset over the dunes. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp with traditional Berber music under a starlit sky.
Day 7: Merzouga to Todra Gorge and Dades Valley
Wake up early to admire the breathtaking sunrise over the dunes before riding camels back to Merzouga.
